Pessimism seems like a negative outlook on the world we should all strive to avoid. However, accepting that things generally go wrong can saves a lot of disappointment once reality fails to satisfy our expectations. Pessimism should not depress us, but rather, help us to acknowledge reality. In this video, we will examine the ideas of Friedrich Nietzsche and “pessimism of weakness”.
